Andrew Johnson

Chief Executive Officer

With over 30 years of national and international leadership experience, Andrew has an outstanding track record of delivering impact and value across large-scale, complex, asset intensive and geographically distributed organisations spanning technology, engineering, regulatory, operational and customer service delivery environments.  Andrew has extensive experience in working in multi-stakeholder environments and with communities in rural, regional and remote Australia. Andrew’s career spans a range of sectors including primary industries, water, energy, resources, the environment, emergency management, international development and national security. Andrew has successfully delivered major technology, infrastructure and construction programs in complex operational environments and operated extensive footprints of sophisticated technology and physical infrastructure at national and global scale. In addition to his executive roles, Andrew has also served as a Non-Executive Director across a broad range of organisations in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors in Australia and internationally. He is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Andrew was awarded the Public Service Medal in the 2024 Australia Day Honours.

Jeff Gibson 

Chief Financial Officer

Jeff has more than 25 years’ experience across various finance, commercial and supply chain roles within the resources and energy sector including 17 years in the mining and explosives industry. In his previous roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Enaex Australia, Jeff led the finance, IT and supply chain and logistics teams across Australia in successfully establishing the Australian subsidiary of a global corporation with operations in more than 40 countries and 7000 employees. As a CPA qualified accountant his strong background in corporate support functions, highly regulated governance structures, support systems and operating environments foster a focus on agility, autonomy and delivery success. Jeff is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and his experience is complemented by a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Master of Business Administration.

Glenn Sheahan

Executive General Manager Safety & Environmental Social & Governance 

Glenn has over 28 years of experience in senior Health, Safety, Audit and Risk management roles within engineering, procurement, construction, mining and oil and gas sectors across 22 countries, including port logistics in China. In his previous leadership role as Group Chief Health Safety and Sustainability, Glenn led the safety function and oversaw Risk and Quality Assurance, Audits, Compliance, Business Resilience and ESG Reporting in both industrial and logistic divisions. His strong background and commitment to safety helped organisations drive employee capacity building while fostering intuitive safety cultures across all aspects of operations. Glenn is a qualified nurse, emergency services officer and his experience is complemented by a post graduate degree in Occupational Health and Safety.

Anna Eves

Executive General Manager People 

Anna is an accomplished executive leader with more than 25 years of experience in large, complex and regulated environments. Her career spans diverse sectors including health and community services, education, energy and utilities, with expertise built across private, not-for-profit and Queensland Government Owned Corporation settings. She has successfully delivered significant strategic organisational transformations at tactical and operational levels, driving long term sustainability and commercial success. Anna’s experience is complemented by a Bachelor of Science (Medicine/ Surgery), a Master of Human Resources and Organisational Development, and professional Human Resources certification with the Australian Human Resources Institute (CPHR).
