Dr Anthony Lynham has informed the board and executive of his resignation as Gladstone Ports Corporation’s (GPC) Chair, effective 31 May 2024.
Dr Lynham brought a tenacious work ethic to the role, driving investment and economic development during his tenure.
Dr Lynham thanked GPC employees for the incredible work they do for GPC, Central Queensland and the ultimate owners of the Corporation – Queenslanders.
“It has been a pleasure serving GPC first as a Director, then Chair, for the past four years,” Dr Lynham said.
“Together, we have been diversifying and structuring GPC for the future, while also ensuring we serve our valuable coal, LNG and other commodity customers for decades to come.
“I’m confident that as I leave GPC it is in great, and safe hands.”
The board and executive leadership of GPC would like to thank Dr Lynham for his service, and extend their best wishes to his family.
